1- Transylvania, Romania:

3. Chernobyl, Ukraine:

The special effects are first the Upward moving lighting bolts known as Gigantic jets which are the rarest and most powerful type of lightning, and second, the light is a never-ending lightning storm that electrifies the 9 hours a day the sky nonstop.
